I became a Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner & mindset coach because I wanted to help women worldwide break free from these cycles of unhappiness and show them how to live a life that they love.

Working as a corporate lawyer, I know the struggle all too well. I was an A-type perfectionist overachiever, excelling in my career and ‘life’ goals, but never feeling satisfied. I watched my energy levels decline, and the joy I once had for life slowly start fading as time passed. I felt like I was going through the motions questioning if there was more to life than this for years on repeat.

I knew something had to change, so I left my legal career and delved deep into the world of mindset and personal development. I became certified in NLP, studied inner child healing, sleep hygiene & optimisation, manifestation, and meditation. I have a Bachelor’s in Sociology (which underpins my deep knowledge of human behaviour) and was a qualified Personal Trainer - giving you a holistic lens unlike anyone else. I even moved to Bali, where I wake up brimming with energy every day, feeling fully aligned with my purpose.
